About EK Water Blocks
Research & Development
The developing process of water blocks acquires hi-tech CAD-CAM technology. The scratch sketches are transferred into 3D model of the water block.
Before the prototypes are made, the 3D models are tested on a flow and heat simulation software.
When prototype shows enough reasons for its existence, few slightly different samples of prototypes are made and tested on real time CPU simulator, where all its characteristics are recorded in a database on computer.
Usually there needs to be fixed some minor details and water block is ready for series production.
There production facilities consistc of 10 CNC machining centers.
