Our free delivery option has been axed in favour of low cost shipping bands, with prices starting at just £1.16 ex vat. The reason for the change is to allow us to become more competitve, especially on larger purchases comprising of many items. We hope you agree that our prices are now very competitive!

General Conditions

Please note in order for us to meet the delivery schedule the following conditions need to be met

- All first orders must be shipped to the registered billing address or a confirmed valid work address
- All items ordered must be in stock, whether stated or not and available for delivery
- You completed your order prior to the stated cut off time, which is normally 4.30pm
- We have recieved your order and the bank has authorised the payment
- Your order is not delayed due to payment security check

Next Day Delivery Conditions

Our next day delivery services are not guaranteed next day methods. In normal circumstances 99.5% of all our Next Day items will arrive next day, when the order is recieved before our collection cut off time of 4pm (Monday to Friday).

If for whatever reason this is not the case and your goods are not delivered, please be patient and check your tracking details provided. No postage refunds on next day services can be made. In the event of a courier service not being able to find your address given the details you have provided, please contact the courier quoting your tracking reference provided in your account, as you are the best person to explain where the delivery address is.
